A study of the mushroom gods / mushroom Agaricus (Agaricus blazei Murril) obtained from CV. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) plantations showed that the ethanol extract (1.25 mg / ml) was able to increase the activity of macrophage cells as a model memfagositosis latex. The study, initiated by Dr. Subagud Wahyono, M.Sc., April assisted by Dr.. Ediati Sasmito, SU., Apt. at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta produce a report that can be seen the next page.
Activity of ethanol extract of A. blazei at doses equivalent to 4 times the immunostimulatory activity in vitro extract Meniran (Phyllantus niruri) and ginseng extract (Panax sp.) used as positive controls in the test dose 5.0 mg / ml. More research data can be viewed on the next page.
