That's the title of scientific papers managed to get III Winner Student Writing Competition in 2007 Field of Science national level held in Jakarta. Papers written by Husamah and Zaqia Fajarini Nur, both are freshmen and sophomores Biology Department of Education Guidance and Counseling-University of Muhammadiyah Malang, take the mushroom Agaricus blazei Murril produced by CV. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) as experimental material.
Activity A. blazei Murril in inhibiting the progression of HIV has been demonstrated by Iwade Research Institute of Mycology. The discovery was later obtained a patent from the United State Patent. In the scientific work, the author explains that the purpose of writing a scientific paper is to determine the mechanisms of Agaricus blazei Murril inhibitors against HIV / AIDS and to find out the potential development of Agaricus blazei Murril as inhibitors of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia.
Hopefully this scientific paper can provide enthusiasm and encouragement to seek treatment do not despair and work for people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA). Also for the general public, scientific work can provide information about plants that have the ability to enhance human immunity. For the government, this information is helpful in solving the problem of HIV / AIDS.
