Some natural materials such as plants Gods Mushroom (Agaricus blazei Murill) are efficacious for lowering blood pressure can be used as an alternative treatment. High blood pressure can be caused by stiffness in the arteries. Plant Fungus Gods have linolik acid compounds and compounds of unknown tyrosine percentage content of active compounds that are lowering blood pressure. The research was conducted by testing the activity of mushroom god, which in this study using methods of maceration, percolation to extract mushroom gods and to test it using a method tensimeter. Activity assay results of god mushroom extract by comparison dose 9mg and 18mg doses with captopril and aquades shows the percentage decrease in blood pressure amounting to (4.77) (4.19), (11.19), (0.69).
