INTRODUCTION
As one of biological source, mushroom lives widely at nature. All this time, mostly mushroom is used for food material and medicine for doctor.
In order to that, if only rely on nature production via hunting may not get market requisition. Therefore, mushroom cultivation is one of the ways for meeting consumable mushroom requisition. Many of consumable mushrooms species are already successful be cultivated and 4 (four) spesies of them ware cultivated by Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) in industrial scale. Those four mushrooms' species are white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus floridae), brown oyster mushroom (Pleurotus pulmonarius), 'kuping' mushroom (Auricularia auricula) and Ling zhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum).
To know particular mushroom that is eatable therefore someone should be able to recognize it. Because there is no common characteristic to determine a toxic mushroom, such as colour of its cover, mark sense ring on stalking or its odor. But one thing that must, mushrooms that are sold at shop or at market obviously constitute safe mushroom for consuming. Those mushrooms are generally from cutivation's results, even some of them are from hunting at nature.
