Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) was build with a N0. 3 of Notary Certificate date 22 Novembers 2001 made by W. setiawan S.H., a notary public at Surabaya, East Java and was listed to Surabaya's State Court Number 254 / CV / PEN / 2007 on Wednesday 31st January 2007. ASIMAS is the only one constitute firm that cultivates Agaricus blezai Murril mushroom since 2002. And later Agaricus blezai Murril Mushroom is known as "Jamur Dewa".
ASIMAS that is located at Jl.
