A research on Agaricus blazei Murril Mushroom which was got from CV. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) shows that ekstrak etanol (1,25 mg/ml) is able to increase macrofag cell's activities using latex as a model. The research was done by Dr. Subagud Wahyono, M.Sc., Apr. helped by Dr. Ediati Sasmito, SU., Apt. at Medicine Faculty of Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta resulted a report that can be seen on the next pages.
Activities of ekstrak etanol A. blazei at a dose that equal to 4 times of imunostimulan activities in vitro ekstrak Meniran (Phyllantus niruri) and ekstrak Gingseng (Panax sp.) which is used to control on tested dose 5.0 mg/ml. The full results of this research can also be seen on the next pages.
